WHAT TO EXPECT —

We aim for your experience to be relaxing and full of good energy.

Once your first appointment with us has been scheduled (yay!), keep an eye on your email - inbox and junk mail. You’ll receive a few emails from us including a request to complete our intake form; please do your best to complete the intake form prior to arriving for your appointment to avoid shortened treatment time.

Parking is available in abundance in our plaza here in Komoka! This includes accessible parking, a ramp up the walkway, and our accessible wellness space. When you come in, we ask that you remove your footwear and place them under our bench. For your convenience, we have a basket of clean socks on our console table by the door, as well as hand sanitizer. Grab a glass of water from our Berkey© filter, and have a seat in our waiting area. If you're looking for our restroom, it's down the hall on the left before the bookshelf. Once your practitioner is ready for you, they will come up to the front and bring you to their treatment room!

+ How often do I need to receive treatment?

Our goal as a team is to empower patients to better understand their stressors and subsequent patterns, ultimately reducing the number of treatments they require. Treatment looks different for everyone, depending on each patient's specific health goals. Early on, patients may require more treatments in order to generate the desired outcomes.

We are partners with our patients, guiding them to greater autonomy over their health and teaching them to utilize their health care circle effectively.

+ Do you do direct billing?

We do not do direct billing; however, our booking system makes it easier for submitting your claim online.

Once your payment has been processed, you’ll receive an email with an attached pdf which will include all of the information needed to submit your claim; this includes: the treatment you received, the fee you paid, and the name & license number of your health practitioner.

Most insurance claims are done online now, so you can use the information & attach the pdf to your claim, and submit!

We created this space specially as a judgement-free, inclusive & accessible space, so that every patient/client can feel welcome & safe. We welcome all, regardless of orientation or background. We are a female-owned and operated clinic.
